1. Scope

This Policy explains how RallyOne handles personal data for player, guardian, organiser, club, tournament, and staff accounts in Singapore.

2. Data we handle

We may handle account details, age and guardian status, enabled sports, club memberships, tournament entries, results, ratings, device and security logs, notification preferences, and support communications. Passwords and security capabilities are stored only as protected hashes or digests.

3. Why we use data

We use data to provide accounts and sporting features, verify authority and consent, calculate auditable ratings, prevent abuse, secure the service, communicate operational notices, comply with law, and improve reliability.

4. Visibility and sharing

Profile and sporting data is shown according to product privacy settings and role-based access. We may use contracted infrastructure providers and disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service. We do not sell personal data.

5. Children

A parent or legal guardian creates and supervises an under-13 account. Guardian contact details and consent records are restricted. Children should not submit additional personal information without their guardian.

6. Retention and security

We keep data only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, security, and sporting-record integrity. Access controls, encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and audit records reduce risk, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

You may update account information, control available visibility and notification settings, and request access, correction, or deletion through account support. Some integrity, fraud-prevention, transaction, or legal records may need to remain restricted rather than be erased.

8. Changes and contact

Material changes will use a new version and may require fresh acknowledgment. Privacy questions and requests can be submitted through RallyOne account support.
