1. Your agreement
These Terms govern use of RallyOne. By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. A parent or legal guardian must create and supervise every account for a player under 13.
2. Eligible use
You must provide accurate account and match information, keep credentials secure, and use RallyOne only for lawful table-tennis and badminton activities in Singapore. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred.
3. Results and ratings
Ratings, rankings, draws, and statistics are informational sporting records. Results may be corrected or reversed when reliable evidence shows an error. You must not manipulate scores, identities, eligibility, or ratings.
4. Clubs, events, and payments
Club and tournament organisers are responsible for their events, eligibility rules, safety, refunds, taxes, and representations. Displayed pricing does not mean RallyOne is collecting payment unless a checkout expressly says so.
5. Acceptable conduct
Do not harass others, impersonate anyone, scrape private data, bypass access controls, upload unlawful material, disrupt the service, or use automated access without written permission.
6. Service and intellectual property
RallyOne and its software, branding, and original content are protected by applicable law. The service may change, pause, or end. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that sporting data will always be error-free.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these Terms. You may request account deletion through account settings, subject to lawful retention of integrity and audit records.
8. Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by Singapore law, RallyOne is provided on an “as available” basis and the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Singapore law governs these Terms and Singapore courts have jurisdiction.
9. Changes and contact
Material changes will use a new version and may require fresh acceptance. Questions or formal notices can be submitted through RallyOne account support.
